What we search for
- Profiles with the brand's name in the @ handle or the display name.
- Handles similar to the official one, with words often used in scams in Brazil, such as sac, atendimento, oficial and promo.
- Profiles with a link in the bio to suspicious websites or to WhatsApp.
How we filter out the noise
- The brand's official profiles, which you register, stay out.
- Profiles that only have a similar name, unrelated to the brand, are kept out of the queue.
- We only look at public profiles: what anyone can see without logging in.
