What we look for
- Public listings on Mercado Livre and Shopee with the brand's name or a registered product's name in the title.
- One collection per week.
- Public data only, without logging in to the platforms.
What you see in each listing
- The title, the price, the photo and the store's name.
- On Mercado Livre, also the seller's reputation, the MercadoLíder badge and the state the product ships from.
The flags
- Suspicious price: the listing is more than 30% below the official price you register.
- Brand name in the title: your brand's name appears in the listing's title.
- Official store of another brand: the listing comes from another brand's official store.
- Flags call for attention; they are not proof of counterfeiting.
You decide
- The decision is always yours: counterfeit, trademark misuse, copied photo, irregular (Anvisa), unauthorized resale, legitimate or noise.
- The authorized stores you list are left out.
The proof
- Each collection stored with a seal (integrity code) and a timestamp.
- Ready for the report to the marketplace.
